Stage 01
PSA & Hook-and-Loop Backing
Abrasive material is cut into blanks to the required dimensions.

Shape Die-Cutting
The back of the abrasive is coated with PSA adhesive or fitted with a hook-and-loop (velour) layer according to product requirements, providing the appropriate attachment for each application method.

Stage 03
Inspection
Finished products are inspected for dimensions, shape, appearance, and the quality of the adhesive/velour layer to ensure they meet technical requirements before packaging.

After completing OQC inspection, products are packed according to standard procedures or the customer’s specific requirements to facilitate preservation, warehousing, and transportation.
